Each stage of our process is carried out within the framework of a rigorous system based on quality and efficiency, which ensures excellent results in wine-bottling processes. We manufacture all sizes of cork stoppers, which are branded and packaged in heat-sealed plastic bags, inside shrink-wrapped cardboard cartons-for more convenient transport-each containing 1000 units.. |

 The central body is made of NOVOCORK ® composition cork, to which a 6 mm-thick, champagne-type ring of natural cork is added at one or both ends. This new type of cork ensures even better results. |

 This third type of cork is specially designed for sparkling wines. It is made of NOVOCORK ® composition cork to which two natural cork rings are added at one end to prevent any loss of effervescence. This cork is also available without rings. |

 Perpetuating the tradition of our ancestors, we continue to manufacture natural cork stoppers, which are irreplaceable in the bottling of finer quality wines. The cork used in manufacturing our natural cork stoppers comes exclusively from Andalusia, and an advanced boiling system is used to treat it to ensure total disinfection.. The water in which the cork is boiled is constantly to achieve optimum standars of hygiene. These corks are available in all qualities. |

 In addition to our NOVOCORK ® stoppers for the wine industry, and in view of the many applications of cork, customers may also order cork granules, which are supplied completely free of dust and impurities and graded from 0,5 to 0,7 mm.  These granules constitute the traditional basis of the classical CHAMPAGNE cork and our NOVOCORK ® stopper. The raw material used to manufacture these granules is subjected to continuous quality control. Rigorous control of the boiling of the cork prior to grinding and well-aired stocks of raw material are key factors in the manufacture of our basic products. We can supply the cork granules loose in plastic sacks or compacted, if preferred, for a more efficient use of space and lower transport costs. |

 The manufacture of our composition cork stoppers originates a byproduct that we call "FLAKES" which are fine shavings of cork produced when the blocks which yield the stoppers are trimmed. These cork flakes are usually used for manufacturing decorative cork floor tiles and other cork-based products. The flakes can also be supplied loose or compacted. |
